What is high performance coaching?
High performance coaching is a coaching model and process developed by Michael Breen and Ed Percival. They took on the task of finding out what successful coaches, or high performing coaches, do that others don’t. They analysed and drafted models for coaches who were able to achieve extraordinary results with their clients. High performance coaching has developed from the essence of these models. This approach is based on very goal-specific and target-oriented discussions between two adults, allowing clients to achieve their goals as well as the success they are striving for.
Who is high performance coaching aimed at?
High performance coaching is especially designed for people who want more out of their life and career. In contrast to remedial training and life coaching, high performance coaching doesn’t have the primary aim of fixing a client’s life issues. Instead, the aim is to help clients realise their own personal goals. High performance coaching is most commonly applied in a business context, although the model is actually capable of so much more. Top athletes are a perfect example of this – they use this coaching model to achieve and maintain permanent maximum performance, while staying mentally and emotionally healthy.
What can high performance coaching do for me?
